Orders are dispatched within 1 business day of payment. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

Standard delivery is 2–5 business days, metro areas typically arrive faster (2–3 days), regional areas 3–5 days.

If you're not happy with your purchase, you can return unworn supports within 30 days for a full refund to your original payment method.

How to start a return:

2. 2We'll reply within 1 business day with the return address and packing instructions.
3. 3Pack and post your return. Return postage is at your cost, we recommend using a tracked service so nothing gets lost.
4. 4Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 5 business days.

Getting the fit right matters. If your supports don't feel quite right, wrong size, or the support level isn't what you need, we'll swap them for a better-fitting pair within your first 30 days.

How refits work:

2. 2We'll confirm the replacement pair and send return instructions.
3. 3Post your current supports back to us, return postage is at your cost.
4. 4Once we receive them, we'll dispatch your replacement pair. Standard shipping on the new pair is $18.00.

Every arch support system is backed by a structural warranty against material and workmanship defects under normal use.

If your support breaks, email customersupport@goodfeet.com.au with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll assess the claim and, if approved, replace your supports at no charge. All supports have a limited lifetime warranty.

Our support systems come in three packages. Every set of supports comes with a complimentary pair of Good Feet Cushions, included free with your order.

Cushions are included at no charge with your support set. Their return conditions are linked to the supports they came with, see below.

Return your entire order within 30 days and we'll refund the full purchase price.

What must come back:

• ✓All sets of supports, unused and in original packaging
• ✓All complimentary cushions that came with the order, unused and in original packaging

If you'd like to return some supports but keep others, we can process a partial refund. The amount refunded reflects the price difference between what you paid and the standard package price for the supports you're keeping.

Each set you return must include its accompanying cushions, unused and in original packaging. Cushions that aren't returned with their matching support set are not eligible for a refund and will be charged at $35 per pair.

All returns and refund requests must be initiated within 30 days of your delivered date. We're unable to accept returns or issue refunds after this period.
